Discovering the type of exercise that you love might be the little tweak that you need to keep yourself in shape and increase your longevity.

Research suggests a direct correlation between weight gain, poor health and job satisfaction. Many successful people work in high stress environments and neglect their relationship with food. Research suggests people value back to basics eating to improve their relationship with food – it is this fact that inspires the second power of the five.
